Vermont Flexi Pumps warrants that its products’ motor and gearbox are free from all defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only if ownership does not change or terminate within that time period. In the case of a defective motor or gearbox, it must be returned to us at the owner’s expense for inspection and evaluation. If the pump is found to have been properly installed and used as directed, we will repair the defective motor or gearbox at no cost to the owner and shipping costs incurred will be reimbursed. If we determine that the motor or gearbox was misused, we will contact the owner within 72 hours with an estimate for the repairs. The owner will then have a further 72 hours to decide whether or not to proceed with the repairs by Vermont Flexi Pumps. The cost of repairs and return shipping must be prepaid in full before we begin any repair work.
